Tonetanzzz

Oat Stout, 5.8%

We've been really enjoying the classics lately and this is yet another installment. Brewed with a base of Maris Otter malt, chocolate malts, roasted malt, and a healthy amount of oats, this stout punches above its weight and delivers dense chocolate and coffee in droves. We're loving it on the hand pull, but keep an eye out for some fun lil variants over the coming weeks. Riffing on stouts is just so damn fun. For now though, enjoy this classic style in its purest form, served on our beer engine. We taste notes of cocoa dusted tiramisu, drinking coffee out of a thermos by a crackling campfire, and dancing with friendly skeletons in the dead of night while they feed you ethereal chocolate bonbons. Available on hand pull

Finite Sway (Crowlers Available)

Witbier, 4.7%

A beer designed to lift you up from the throes of deep winter, while still feeling seasonally appropriate. Light and bright, served ice cold to highlight the notes of coriander and granulated sweet orange zest. Easily crushable, but one you always want to savor. Our brewer’s wife selected this style to be her maiden voyage into brewing, and we find it to be an excellent choice. Notes of bright pink bubblegum, garden gnome spice cabinets, unbaked pie crust, and the beginning of something wonderful.

QUESTING BEAST

Very Hazy Oat IPA, 6.8%

Questing Beast is our softest and most pillowy hazy by far. It exhibits virtually no bitterness and oozes with notes of tropical fruit smoothies, raw sugar cookie dough, the milk at the bottom of your bowl of Fruity Pebbles, and the overwhelming feeling that your work is never truly complete; there’s always something else lurking.

Seneschal

Italian Pilsner, 4.8%

Italian Pilsners rule. It's taking all the restraint in the world to not constantly pour ourselves pints off of the tank. We taste refined notes of bouquets of old world florals and creeping thyme, honey-dipped hay bales, and driving through the Pennsylvania countryside with the windows all the way down.
